Tjendana Corporation, a leading hospitality and tourism company, is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join our vibrant team in Denpasar, Bali. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs that empower our workforce and drive organisational excellence.
Assess the company's training needs and design tailored learning solutions to upskill employees across all levels.
Develop and deliver engaging training programs covering a wide range of topics, including customer service, leadership, and technical skills.
Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create customised training initiatives.
Implement innovative learning technologies and platforms to enhance the effectiveness of training.
Measure the impact of training programs and continuously refine based on feedback and business objectives.
Manage the training budget and resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery.
Lead and mentor the training team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a learning and development role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering effective training programs that drive measurable outcomes.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
Proficient in using learning management systems and other training technologies.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to tailor training content to diverse audiences.
Keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
