Job Description

• Design and develop training modules from scratch, including content creation, editing, formatting, and visual enhancement.
• Organize and deliver corporate learning modules for existing properties, facilitate learning sessions conducted by subject-matter experts, and lead corporate training programs.
• Oversee all learning-related activities, including annual learning plans and learning catalogs, while managing the end-to-end process of training sessions and initiatives.
• Review, analyze, and coordinate the submission of monthly learning reports from various properties.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
• Support the planning, execution, and facilitation of employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Certified Coach or Trainer is a plus.
• Proven ability to design and implement effective training programs.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
