Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience as Learning & Development Manager in Hospital/Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in developing Learning Management System (LMS) and creating curriculum & module design.
  • Ability to develop employees to meet organization needs.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any major
  • 3 years of experience as Learning & Development Manager in Hospital/Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry
  • Have a good experience in develop Learning Management System (LMS), implementation system, and create curriculum & module design based on organizational needs, especially for soft skill training
  • Have a good sense to develop employee to meet organization needs
  • Strong analytical and strategical thinking, innovative, and problem-solving
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Willing to be placed in Corporate Office - Serpong, South Tangerang
