Job summary

EKA HOSPITAL is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to formulate and execute strategies for training and employee development. The successful candidate will manage training programs across various hospital units, oversee budgets, and integrate initiatives with performance management systems.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as Learning & Development Manager in Hospital/Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in developing Learning Management System (LMS) and creating curriculum & module design.
• Ability to develop employees to meet organization needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• 3 years of experience as Learning & Development Manager in Hospital/Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry
• Have a good experience in develop Learning Management System (LMS), implementation system, and create curriculum & module design based on organizational needs, especially for soft skill training
• Have a good sense to develop employee to meet organization needs
• Strong analytical and strategical thinking, innovative, and problem-solving
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Willing to be placed in Corporate Office - Serpong, South Tangerang
