Job summary

Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Learning & Development Manager to lead the hotel's L&D strategy and programs. You will partner with department leaders to identify development needs, deliver impactful training, and ensure colleagues meet brand standards.

You will report to the Director of Human Resources and drive onboarding, leadership development, and compliance training to elevate guest experiences in line with IHG culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in Learning & Development, Training, or HR within upscale or luxury hotels.
• At least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience designing leadership development and onboarding programs.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the hotel's L&D strategy aligned with business objectives and IHG brand standards.
• Lead all learning initiatives, including onboarding, leadership development, and compliance training.
• Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and create development plans.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and coach departmental trainers.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and learning analytics.
