Job summary

Overview

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic learning and development roadmap aligned with business objectives and learning needs of employees.
  • Conduct organizational needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
  • Manage learning resources such as training manuals, e-learning modules, and training videos, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and address the learning needs of employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.
  • Manage the training budget and ensure that training programs are cost-effective.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Education, Management, Pharmacy, or any relevant field of study.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing training programs.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient knowledge and experience in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in budget management.
