Job description

• Design and implement employee training and development programs based on organizational needs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare post-training analysis reports.
• Foster positive employee relations and ensure effective communication between management and employees.
• Manage the employee termination process in line with legal procedures and company policy.
• Prepare termination-related documents such as warning letters, termination notices, and termination reports.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree of Industrial Engineering, Psychology or any related
• Preferably have prior 1-2 years of experience in related fields
• Self-starter and independent with the ability to work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
• Strong data analytical, logical & critical thinking is required, resourceful with a positive can-do attitude
• Strong business acumen, strategy thinking, and driving changes
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (especially Power Point, Excel)
