A leading company in healthcare technology seeks a Learning & Development Administrator to manage their LMS platform and support organizational learning needs. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years in HR, be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong English skills. Fresh graduates with the right aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Promote and manage the LMS platform to ensure it is accessible, user-friendly, and supports organizational learning needs.
Track participant progress, attendance, and feedback, and maintain accurate learning records in the LMS.
Verify data accuracy from HR sources and prepare progress reports to ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with internal HR and external partners to enhance learning effectiveness.
Provide participant support, conduct quality reviews, and suggest improvements to enhance the eLearning experience.
Requirements :
1-2 years of working experience in Human Resource (especially Training) but Fresh graduates with strong skills set are welcome to apply
Good time management and curious to research for new technology & trends
Proficient in English is a MUST
Have knowledge of basic design (Canva), Ms. Excell, Data Analysis
Proactive, detail oriented, creative
