Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Design and develop competency models, assess capability gaps, and conduct analysis of employees’ learning needs.
2. Facilitate learning or training needs from various departments.
3. Engage with external vendors to fulfill our training needs, including pitching sessions, training, and learning activities.
4. Handle end-to-end learning activities from training design, presentation, teaching, to evaluation.
5. Research the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the learning and development space and recommend suitable applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Management, or other relevant studies. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a new environment.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in both Indonesian and English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to fast-changing conditions.
• Creative, innovative, and able to work in a team.
• Knowledge or experience with ERP software is an added value.

Preferred Qualifications
