About the role

We are seeking a talented Learning Design Specialist to join our Training & Development team at PT Eka Bogainti in Ciracas Jakarta. You will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning experiences that empower our employees to develop their skills and knowledge.

What you'll be doing

Manage the components of employee Learning & Development (L&D) based on the corporate direction, people model, and key business objectives, to enhance the organization’s capability in the following areas:

• Learning tools and materials

Scope of responsibility covers the following levels:

• Section Head/Specialist, Supervisor/Senior Staff, Leader/Staff, and Operator.

Analyze training needs and design learning solutions to address skill gaps.

Develop interactive and user-friendly training materials.

What we're looking for

Proven experience of at least 3 years in learning design and development, preferably in an F&B company or training environment.

A bachelor's degree in engineering, education, or a related field.

Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate complex information into engaging and easy-to-understand learning content.

Proficiency in using learning management systems, authoring tools, and other relevant software.
