Job Title: Learning and Assessment Consultant

Contract: Permanent, Full time, Hybrid

We are looking for a dynamic Learning and Assessment Consultant to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our educational products and services, contributing to the attainment of annual revenue targets, and fostering strong relationships with schools and other institutions.

About The Role

As a Learning and Assessment Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, working closely with the Country Head or Country Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to develop both existing and new business within your allocated territory.

You will advise potential customers on the full range of Cambridge English learning solutions, support existing customers to maximise revenue, and build a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities. Your role will also involve collaborating with the marketing team to strengthen the recognition of Cambridge certificates and assist with local events and campaigns. Compliance with Cambridge University Press and Assessment values and ethics is essential, ensuring all activities are conducted with integrity and professionalism.

About You

We are seeking an individual who is educated to degree level and has a good knowledge of the local educational system.

A background in sales or marketing, along with a teaching qualification, is desirable. You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be a native speaker in the local language, and have a minimum B2 level in English.

Proficiency in IT, particularly with Microsoft suite and CRM systems like Salesforce, is crucial. You should be an agile thinker, able to adapt to changing circumstances through creative problem-solving, and have excellent public speaking, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Highly organised and able to work independently as well as part of a team, you should have consultative selling skills and a full, clean local driving license.

Experience in sales or business development in the educational sector is essential.
