Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Batam, Indonesia is seeking a Six Sigma professional to advance operations and quality improvements. You will assist in integrating Six Sigma methods into daily processes and help plan and drive project portfolios to achieve measurable gains.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 5–7 years in lean/manufacturing, and fluent English. It is a 5‑day onsite position with relocation available and no visa sponsorship.

What You Will Do:

• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates from an Engineering background.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in lean manufacturing or project management.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Ability to lead or participate in cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

Physical Requirements (With or Without Reasonable Accommodation):

• This job requires extensive active movement throughout the plant including climbing stairs and steps, lifting devices, and pushing and pulling equipment.
