This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.

What You Will Do:
- Assisting in employing Six Sigma methodology and analytics into organizational operations to meet business goals and objectives.
- Supporting the design and development of Six Sigma program strategies and goals, including supporting systems and tools, for quality and business process improvements.
- Providing assistance in the implementation of Sigma project portfolios to achieve measurable business process improvements.
- Participating in planning, developing and implementing Six Sigma projects to meet specific quality and performance standards.

- Interpersonal Relationships: Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
- Project Administration: Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects.
- Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
- Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
- Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.
- Six Sigma Methodology: Knowledge of the concepts of six sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) methodology; ability to use the methodology to improve the manufacturing processes and control the improvements by eliminating root causes.
What Will Set You Apart:
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates from an Engineering background.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in lean manufacturing or project management.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Ability to lead or participate in cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
Physical Requirements (With or Without Reasonable Accommodation):
- This job requires extensive active movement throughout the plant including climbing stairs and steps, lifting devices, and pushing and pulling equipment.
