Job description

Develop the yearly and semester teaching program, including lesson plans for Ichthus School based on the established curriculum, and monitor daily operations to ensure excellence in education delivery.

Strive to improve both academic and non-academic aspects of Ichthus School, such as student achievement, teacher development, student welfare and safety, hygiene, personal development, school event management, strategic planning, and overall school management.

Plan, conduct, and participate in professional development programs focused on enhancing English skills among teachers.

Review and edit all published and displayed materials for proper English usage, including reports, comments, newsletter articles, displays, and student work.

Support the Principal in achieving the school's strategic and operational goals.

Ensure the quality of teaching and learning is maintained.

Maintain good relationships with all school stakeholders.

Assist in the school's accreditation process.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Linguistics, Languages, Education, or Teaching, with a TESOL Certificate.
• Proficiency in English.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience.
• Willingness to learn and improve continuously.
• Strong analytical skills in teaching.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with technology.
