We are seeking aLeader Cook (CDP)to join our team and support the implementation of a new SOP, enhance recipes, and contribute to increasing revenue in our food & beverage department. You will work with a small, dedicated team, providing personalized service across our 12 villas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing new standard operating procedures (SOP) for the kitchen
• Innovate and improve existing recipes
• Support efforts to increase revenue through food and beverage offerings
• Guide and motivate the kitchen team

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a leadership role in the kitchen (e.g., CDP, Demi Chef, or equivalent)
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
