Job summary

Rapiscan Systems Inc. is seeking an Engineering professional in Batam, Indonesia. You will lead and supervise test technicians, diagnose failures, and ensure the implementation of test strategies for new products.

The ideal candidate possesses at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Engineering. You will also support continuous improvement activities while upholding the company’s core values of integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Ability to perform failure analysis to determine root causes.
• Experience in setting up test apparatus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead test technicians.
• Diagnose ICT, FCT, and RMA failures.
• Implement training for new product test strategies.
• Maintain low WIP and prepare yield reports.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
