Job summary

pt. inovasi anak indonesia - parkee is seeking an experienced Automation QA Engineer to join our fast-paced team in Indonesia.

You will design test plans, implement automated tests, and collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure quality. You should have a BS/MS in CS or related field, 3+ years automation testing experience, and experience with Robot Framework, Python, Cypress, SQL, and Agile/Scrum environments.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Automation testing experience, minimum 3 years.
• Robot Framework, Python and Cypress are a plus.
• Proven experience in software QA automation.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development.
• Hands-on with white box and black box testing.
• SQL and scripting knowledge.
• Ready to work in fast-paced environment.
• Love to explore new things.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Experienced with a variety of different testing techniques such as Automated Testing.
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
• Monitor debugging process results.
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
