Job summary

Jubelio in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a seasoned QA Leader to direct the QA team and shape the quality assurance strategy across products and projects. You will establish standards, review test plans, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure readiness for releases.

The role emphasizes mentoring, TDD/BDD and automation using Cypress, Playwright or Selenium. Strong English communication is required for cross-functional cooperation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 4+ years in Software QA, including leadership or mentoring experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum and testing methodologies.
• Experience designing QA processes, testing strategies and quality standards.
• Proficient in reviewing test plans, test cases and documentation; familiar with TDD/BDD, Gherkin and Cucumber.
• Experience with API testing (REST APIs) and automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright or Selenium.
• Familiarity with microservices, distributed systems, CI/CD, and cloud environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
