Job summary

Traveloka is seeking a Lead for Security Operations to define detection and response strategy at scale across cloud and production environments in Indonesia. You will own the security monitoring programs, automation, and incident response capabilities that protect millions of users and payments.

You will lead cross-functional teams, set standards for AI-assisted security, and drive post-incident learning, ensuring long-term resilience while balancing risk and speed in a fast-growing, region-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in security operations, detection engineering, or incident response at scale.
• Experience as a technical authority on cloud security monitoring, detection engineering, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the detection and response strategy for Traveloka's Security Operations, determining monitoring investments and automation capabilities.
• Architect and deliver complex security monitoring and automation programs, including detection frameworks and incident response platforms.
• Identify systemic gaps in security monitoring coverage and incident response capability.
• Lead cross-functional improvement programs to drive structural changes in threat detection and response.
• Act as senior technical authority in cross-functional security discussions with engineering, infrastructure, and product leadership.
• Shape post-incident review culture to embed lessons learned into capabilities.
• Define integration of AI tools into Security Operations workflows at a strategic level.
