Lead Product Manager - Payment to Merchants

The team is building innovative solutions by enabling commerce through payment services, empowering through Lending, empowering through agents (Kios), and protecting users through Insurance.

Get to Know the Role

All product managers in GrabFin are regional product managers overseeing Southeast Asian markets. You will report to the Principal Product Manager - Wallet Experience and be based onsite at the Grab Jakarta office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Lead the end-to-end regional product development lifecycle for GrabPay P2M solutions, from ideation to launch and beyond.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, analytics, and marketing to deliver high-quality products.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements, working closely with end users to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that the team's work is well-understood and well-supported.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the payment ecosystem.
