Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience operating and managing printing equipment in a manufacturing packaging environment.
• Strong knowledge of printing technology, processes and best practices.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting production schedules, technical drawings and job specifications.
• Experience with printing machines (6 in 1) and (4 in 1).
• Strong communication skills in English and Indonesian (or other relevant local languages).

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating the daily operations of printing machines and equipment.
• Monitoring print quality, colour accuracy and registration to ensure client specifications and company standards.
• Training, directing and mentoring printing machine operators and support staff.
• Conducting pre-production setup and calibration of offset printing equipment.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and implementing corrective actions to minimise downtime.
• Maintaining detailed production records, logs and documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations within the printing department.
• Collaborating with quality assurance teams to identify and resolve printing defects.
• Optimising production schedules to meet delivery deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
