Job description

Supervising warehouse operational activities, including validating reports, weekly coordination, and internal monthly review.

Supervising the implementation of warehouse processes such as placement of goods in the appropriate locations and ensuring site compliance according to company standards.

Preparing reports for QA regarding customer occupancy, operational performance, and developing action plans to ensure continuous improvement.

Maintaining communication with all related parties, including crisis communication, to ensure customers receive regular updates on warehouse operations.

Performing other activities as identified from time to time in coordination with the superior.

Identifying, planning, and evaluating subordinate needs and development, and recommending subordinate development programs based on required competencies to foster a positive work culture.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is required.
• Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Willing to work in Gresik.
