Job summary

PT FWD Insurance Indonesia (HO) seeks an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Lead to define and govern cloud adoption across on-premise and cloud platforms. You will steer choices for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, align with Group standards, and ensure secure, scalable deployments.

The role requires 4+ years in managing hybrid IT environments, strong collaboration with internal and external partners, and excellent English communication to support diverse teams and projects.

Qualifications

• Formal education background in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Minimum 4 years experience in managing on-premise and cloud infrastructures and operations
• Knowledge in managing SLA/KPI of deliverable IT services
• Experience in IT project execution management
• Good communication skill in English

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate cloud technology adoption solutions to cater requirements of businesses
• Decide and manage adopted cloud platforms, services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, etc.) and its integration for supporting requirements of business
• Manage alignments of business requirements and Group cloud technology standards / directions
• Provide implementation strategies and proposed plans to deliver adopted cloud platforms and services
• Manage good processes governance for implementation cloud platforms and services
• Oversee implementation of cloud technology and execution of cloud adoption strategy for ensuring alignment with agreed plans
• Ensure cloud technology adoptions are secure to cover requirements of information/data protection based on corporate cyber security standards and guidelines
• Provide leadership in managing collaborations with counterparts (Group IT, local teams, cloud providers and other 3rd parties) for succeeding implementations of adopted cloud platforms and services
• Manage physical and on-premise system environments, ensuring their integration and alignment with cloud platforms and services
• Ensure seamless integration between on-premise and cloud environments

Provide cloud technology adoption solutions and manage strategies to deliver cloud services and platforms according to company standards, supporting current and future business needs efficiently. Ensure cloud technology implementations align with Group standards and Cloud-first Strategy, achieving KPI and SLA. About you

Formal education background of Computer Science or Information Technology

Minimum 4 years working experience in managing/operating on-premise and cloud infrastructures and operations

Knowledge in managing SLA/KPI of deliverable IT services

Experience in IT project execution management

Good communication skill in English

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people

Well understand concepts of virtualization, cloud computing, software-defined infrastructure, microservices, anything as services and application programmable interface

Good understanding and knowledge in cloud platforms and services of top 3 cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google)

Good experience in adopting and integrating platforms and services in cloud and inter-clouds

Knowledge of IP network technologies concept & design, cloud storages, server virtualization, hybrid & cloud computing, private cloud adoptions, cloud-native relational database systems, cloud backup & restoration strategy, information & data protection and security, IT governance frameworks, and IT service delivery frameworks
