Technical:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing Odoo modules.
- Strong proficiency in Odoo development (both backend and frontend), including customization, integration, and support across key modules (Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, etc.).
- Excellent command of Python, Odoo framework, and supporting technologies such as PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
- Experienced in unit testing, functional testing, and maintaining code quality standards.
- Proficient in deployment, server configuration, and using version control tools like Git.
- Capable of producing clear technical documentation and system architecture plans.
Non-Technical:
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team of Odoo Developers.
- Ability to lead sprint planning, monitor progress, and provide appropriate technical direction.
- Skilled in cross-team collaboration with internal stakeholders (PM, QA, Infrastructure, Support) and external partners (clients, vendors).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical ideas into understandable language for non-technical audiences.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and product direction.
- Holding an official Odoo certification or possessing a strong project portfolio is a significant plus.
Job Description
