We are looking for a Lead Level Designer to help drive the creative vision, quality, and production processes of level design across our casual games portfolio. You’ll lead a small team of level designers, provide mentorship and feedback, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our levels are fun, innovative, and aligned with our player-first philosophy.
This is a hands‑on leadership role: you’ll balance strategy, people management, and direct level creation work—while continuously raising the bar for design quality and player experience.
