We’re looking for a Lead Level Designer to own the vision, quality, and end-to-end level design process across one or more casual games. You’ll lead and mentor a team of level designers while staying hands-on with level creation, from concept and prototyping through playtesting, iteration, and final polish.
Working closely with Art, Product, Development, Tech Art, and Engineering, you’ll use player feedback and game data to improve the player experience, establish effective design processes and best practices, and help evolve the tools and workflows that enable the team to create great levels.
