Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Batam is seeking a Lead IT/IT Service Delivery professional to oversee site IT operations, device lifecycle management, and global IT initiatives. The role emphasizes adherence to ITIL processes, strong service delivery, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will manage IT infrastructure across local and remote users, ensure fast restoration of IT services, and mentor junior staff within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of relevant IT service delivery experience.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suites including PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook.
• Advanced knowledge of hardware and OT systems (I4.0).
• Experience with IT infrastructure, networks, servers, storage, and phone systems.
• IT Service Management (ITIL) expertise and process ownership.
• Ability to lead IT initiatives across the organization.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide site IT support and device lifecycle management with minimal supervision.
• Lead the global IT improvement initiatives and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee ITSM processes: incident, problem, change, request, asset management.
• Own annual disaster recovery planning and stakeholder walkthroughs.
• Coordinate with site teams for IT service restoration and reliability.
• Mentor Analysts and guide cross-functional IT teams.
