Job description
  • Conduct cold calls and lead profiling to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Offer the company’s services to prospective leads and generate interest.
  • Proactively reach out to decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
  • Maintain and update a lead database for better tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure high-quality leads are handed over.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, and other lead generation tools to source and verify leads.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
  • At least 1 year of experience in lead generation for IT services, Telco, ICT, IoT, or SaaS in a B2B segment.
  • Strong network and customer database in business, enterprise, or government sectors.
  • Active LinkedIn account (preferably with Sales Navigator) and experience using various social media platforms for outreach.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both spoken and written).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for lead tracking and analysis.
