Job summary

PT Siobhan Fionnuala Clothing in Bali, Indonesia is seeking a skilled Lead for end-to-end sample development. You will manage the design/sample team, develop technical packs, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure production readiness.

The role requires strong English, 3D rendering experience (CLO 3D), and a solid track record in garment development, with attention to detail and client communication throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in fashion design or garment development.
• Tertiary qualification in Fashion Design or Garment Technology desirable.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Expertise in fashion flat drawing, tech packs and spec sheets.
• Experience with rendering/3D fashion design software (CLO 3D).
• Knowledge of pattern making, sewing, QC and fabrication.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong client communication, leadership and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sample development from concept to approved sample.
• Lead and supervise the design and sample team.
• Develop technical design documentation: flats, specs, BOMs, construction.
• Manage sample tracking, documentation, and files.
• Oversee sample quality and technical accuracy with QC.
• Coordinate with fabric/trims suppliers and vendors.
• Manage costing and material records for samples.
• Communicate with clients on design development and approvals.
• Support fashion research, mood boards, renders and shoots.
• Ensure handed over to production with all references.
