Job summary

English Academy in Bandar Lampung is seeking dedicated, full-time English teachers to join our team. The role includes mentoring freelance teachers to ensure alignment with high teaching standards, in addition to delivering quality English lessons to a diverse student body.

Responsibilities include planning engaging lessons, monitoring progress, and maintaining administration records. A Bachelor's degree and TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification are required, with a minimum of 2 years of teaching

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field.
• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience preferred.
• Ability to mentor freelance teachers and ensure teaching standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons to students of varying ages.
• Mentor freelance teachers on lesson planning and classroom management.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and assessments.
• Provide feedback and monitor student progress and reports.
