Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between non-technical stakeholders and the development team, translating non-technical requirements and concepts into technical specifications.
• Assume the role of an Acting CTO, providing technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
• Manage and collaborate with contract developers, ensuring the successful execution of projects and meeting project deadlines.
• Serve as the first internal engineer, contributing to both the front-end and back-end development.
• Utilize expertise in Node.js, Express, SQL, and Docker to build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Implement DevOps practices to manage infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
• Report directly to the CEO and the Acting CTO, providing updates on project status, technical decisions, and resource requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
