We've developed a scalable microservice platform for payments, NFT ticketing, and AI-driven solutions, using an open-source stack (HashiCorp Vault, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, MongoDB) integrated with blockchain and AI technology. Our platform connects to three React applications (JS + Native), and as we expand to Bali, we are building a world-class team dedicated to pioneering AI innovations in the event space.

About the Project

We’ve just kicked off a brand-new initiative in the blockchain sphere, aiming to simplify token launches and related processes. Our platform integrates AI-driven content creation, video generation, and website development to help people start tokens with ease. Despite being in its early stages, we’re focused on building a sustainable project with real value across multiple chains (e.g., Solana, BNB, Ethereum).

Role Overview

We’re seeking a dedicated Lead Developer & Team Manager to guide our technical initiatives and oversee a team of interns from local universities. In this role, you’ll help shape the project’s early direction, including whitepaper development and sustainable tokenomics, while keeping a close eye on evolving market trends. Proficiency in leveraging AI tools is essential to streamline our workflows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership: Develop the initial technical framework for seamless token launches.
2. Team Management: Mentor and guide a group of interns, allocating tasks and tracking their progress.
3. AI Integration: Use AI tools for content creation, video generation, and site development.
4. Blockchain Insight: Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies across diverse chains.
5. Reporting: Provide weekly progress updates to the leadership team.

Qualifications

1. Blockchain Knowledge: Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals (preferably with hands-on experience).
2. Technical Background: Familiarity with development basics (intensive coding not required).
3. AI Proficiency: Comfortable integrating AI solutions into daily workflows.
4. Communication Skills: Clear, effective communicator with leadership experience.
5. Collaboration: Ability to work closely with stakeholders and manage team dynamics.
