What You’ll Do:

• Lead the creative direction and execution of digital and print design projects—from concept to delivery.
• Manage and mentor a small team of designers, providing clear feedback, guidance, and inspiration.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand objectives and deliver high-impact visual solutions across branding, UI/UX, campaigns, social media, websites, and more.
• Oversee and maintain high design standards, ensuring consistency across all client deliverables.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep JAIM’s creative work fresh and forward-thinking.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design and/or UI/UX, ideally within an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
• Proven team leadership experience, with the ability to guide, motivate, and mentor junior designers.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic and digital design work (branding, UI/UX, visual campaigns).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with tools like Figma, Webflow, or other prototyping platforms.
• Deep understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and user-centric design principles.
• Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal.
