PT Tawada Healthcare is seeking an exceptional Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in West Jakarta. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in extracting, analysing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive informed business decisions and create strategic dashboards for the company's Business Development & Strategy purposes.

What you'll be doing

1. Collect, organise, and analyse large data sets from multiple sources
2. Develop and implement data models and reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights
3. Translate data into meaningful and understandable reports and presentations
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business challenges
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques
6. Continuously improve data quality, processes, and workflows

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
3. Proficient in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization using tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive insights from complex data sets
5. Experience in communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders
6. Familiarity with data warehousing, data mining, and data modeling concepts
7. Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying data anomalies
