Pt Perdana Rancangbangun Utama (Probuilder Group) seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee residential projects in Depok. This on-site role requires strong leadership, meticulous planning, and effective execution to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will manage all phases from mobilization to handover, coordinating architects, engineers, subcontractors, and site personnel. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction PM, hands-on budgeting and scheduling, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on residential developments.
• Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and on-site teams.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various project sites within the region.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the construction project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee daily on-site operations and ensure work progresses according to plan.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, permits, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and safety.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, clients, and regulatory bodies.
• Identify and mitigate construction-related risks and issues.
