Lead Business System Analyst

Job Description

1. Lead the Business System Analyst team, ensuring all processes align with company goals.
2. Supervise and mentor team members to ensure they understand responsibilities and deliver high-quality work on time.
3. Work closely with stakeholders, software engineers, project managers, and business teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
4. Make strategic decisions to enhance the team's efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Analyze and resolve business challenges by providing solutions aligned with company objectives.
6. Strengthen team skills through training programs and hands-on learning.
7. Develop and implement long-term strategies to improve business system analysis.
8. Assess, refine, and optimize team workflows for better performance.
9. Continuously enhance processes, methodologies, and documentation in line with industry best practices.
10. Maintain and develop key documents such as BRD, PRD, and technical specifications.
11. Report team performance, challenges, and progress to the Head of Software Technology Delivery.

Job Requirements

1. Graduate from Bachelor, Diploma 3, Diploma 4 degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other related majors.
2. Have a minimum 3 years of experience as a Business System Analyst with a proven track record in system analysis and business process improvements.
3. Proven in leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.
4. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
5. Proactive problem-solving mindset with strategic decision making abilities.
6. Excellent analytical skills in gathering and defining business/system requirements.
7. Proficiency in business solution design and technical documentation (BRD, PRD).
8. Experience with SDLC and best practices in business system analysis.
9. Solid understanding of IT concepts, system integration, and business process modeling.
10. Proficiency in task management tools such as Jira, Microsoft 365, Draw.io, etc.
11. Have a previous experience as a Back-End Engineer is a plus.
