Lead Business Analyst (SAAS) - IT Consulting - Jakarta (B-115095)

The working venue is in Setiabudi, South Jakarta.

Our client is a IT Consulting company. Currently, they are looking for Lead Business Analyst (SAAS).

Job Responsibilities:

1. Leads the testing effort and takes ownership of the documentation of all QA processes and results.
2. Liaises with clients to understand the business issues, processes, and organization requirements.
3. Assists in preparing and reviewing the business processes, requirements, and functional specifications based on the proposed solutions to prepare appropriate test cases.
4. Reports, tracks, and monitors any issues raised by clients and ensures the issues are resolved in a timely manner.
5. Communicates closely with clients and manages the client expectations and deliverables.
6. Works closely with the technical team and project manager to ensure successful delivery of the projects according to the schedule.
7. Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

1. Min. Diploma in Computer Science or similar.
2. Min. English in Business Level Proficiency.
3. Min. 5 years experience as a business analyst in IT solutions or SaaS company, with 4 years in managing end-to-end projects, experienced in QA Testing and UAT, using project management methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project, and the MS Office Suite.
4. Willing to travel overseas if needed.
5. Not a Job Hopper (stayed in a company around 3 years).
6. Critical thinking, target-oriented, and good communications.
7. Certifications in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum).
