Job description

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a must due to extensive communication with expatriates.

A thorough understanding of SA8000 / FSSC 24000 standards is required.

Strong audit leadership skills.

Knows how to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Willing to work on a hybrid basis in Korea & Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring the management system complies with Stakeholder Standards (Government, Customer, and International Regulations).

Leads all audit activities (both internal and external), encompassing pre-audit preparation, audit execution, and closure. Additionally, follows up on corrective and preventive actions arising from audits to ensure timely completion and effectiveness in preventing recurrence of similar findings.

Main Point of Contact (PIC) for documentation control. This includes maintaining the updating of standards, recording, distribution, retention, and obsolescence of standards.

Aware of internal and external issues related to regulatory updates and the management system.
