RESPONSIBILITIES:

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develop and lead the general sales team (including Inside Sales and Field Sales) in Sales Department.
  • Target new customers as well as new business opportunities.
  • Create new consoles focused on the US, Europe, and Turkey.
  • Deliver a superior customer experience to our LCL customers.
  • Handle the whole LCL inquiries and maintain loyal customers (preferable).
  • Infuse sustainability and innovative solutions for our clients.
  • Closely collaborate with other teams within and across origin/destination offices.
  • Monitor team's performance and motivate them to reach targets.
  • Build an open-communication environment for your team.
  • Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines.
  • Working hours between 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

The successful candidates:

  • Diploma / Degree in Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • At least 7 years of experience in LCL product sales and business development.
  • Extended customer portfolio and relationship with co-loaders.
  • You must have experience in creating LCL consoles from Indonesia to the US, Europe, and the Far East.
  • Experienced in creating a sales team and monitoring the targets.
  • Strong organizational and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
