RESPONSIBILITIES:
What You Will Be Doing:
  • Develop and lead the general sales team (including Inside Sales and Field Sales) in Sales Department
  • Target new customers as well as new business opportunities.
  • Create new consoles focused on the US, Europe, and Turkey
  • Deliver a superior customer experience to our LCL customers
  • Handle the whole LCL inquiries and having loyall customer (preferable)
  • Infuse sustainability and Innovative solutions for our clients
  • Closely collaborate with other teams within and across origin/destination offices
  • Monitor team's performance and motivate them to reach targets.
  • Build an open-communication environment for your team.
  • Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
  • Working hours between 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Requirements:
The successful candidates:
  • Diploma / Degree in Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • At least 7 years of experience in LCL product sales and business development
  • Extended customer portfolio and relationship with co-loaders.
  • You must have experience in creating LCL consoles from Indonesia to the US, Europe, and the Far East.
  • Experienced in creating a sales team and monitoring the targets.
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
