Job summary

Japfa operates hatcheries across Indonesia, following SOPs to manage daily tasks. The role involves egg handling, incubation, chick processing and cleaning, with a strong emphasis on hygiene, biosecurity and safety to ensure high-quality outputs.

You will record daily data, observe abnormalities in processes or equipment, and report them promptly, while supporting your team to keep hatchery operations running smoothly and safely.

• Carry out daily hatchery operations in accordance with SOPs and work instructions.
• Perform routine tasks including egg handling, incubation, chick processing, and cleaning.
• Maintain hygiene, biosecurity, and safety standards at all times.
• Observe and report abnormalities in process, chick quality, or equipment.
• Record daily operational data as required.
• Support team activities to ensure smooth hatchery operations.
