- Track the location and status of vehicles using GPS or fleet management software and maintain real-time communication with drivers.
- Provide timely updates to customers on delivery schedules, delays, or any other issues.
- Handle unexpected issues (e.g., traffic delays, vehicle breakdowns) and coordinate solutions to minimize disruptions.
