Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) in Fisheries, Aquatic Cultivation, Aquaculture, or related field.
• Experience in hatcheries, fry production, or fish/shrimp larval production is an advantage.
• Understanding of larval rearing techniques, live feed culture, and water quality management.
• Ability to monitor larval health, record production data, and implement biosecurity measures.
• Willingness to work shifts; high attention to detail; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to be stationed in the Sumbawa area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily hatchery activities according to work plans and SOPs.
• Monitor breeding, larval rearing, nursery operations, and water quality.
• Guide and coordinate operators and hatchery workers.
• Ensure compliance with biosecurity, quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Report abnormalities, mortality spikes, or operational issues.
• Maintain daily operational records.
