Job Description

The Large Area Manager (LAM) is responsible for managing GrabFood merchant partners to ensure delivery growth, geographical expansion, and targeted product sales in their assigned area. LAM works closely with Tele Account Management (TAM) to deepen relationships with merchants and drive business growth.

The day-to-day activities:
  1. Build deeper relationships with merchants in densely populated geographical areas.
  2. Engage with merchants, listen to their needs, and maintain experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.
  3. Use data-driven insights to assess ROI and KPIs, aiming to increase basket size and foster loyalty.
  4. Collaborate with operations and customer service to uphold service and food quality among partners.
  5. Help build a strong team and establish processes to effectively serve and grow our main merchant relationships.
Qualifications
  • 3 or more years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or operations.
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects and partners through account management.
  • Experience in driving revenue through strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to balance multiple sales opportunities and excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Proficient in English; experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic about the on-demand delivery industry, especially in food delivery.
  • Born and raised in Tangerang is a plus.
