Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a Large Account Management professional to help Grab build strategic relationships with high-profile merchants and increase revenue. The ideal candidate has strong management skills. If you believe you have what it takes, we'd love to hear from you. You will be part of the team driving growth for Grab, reporting to the manager. The role is onsite and for a 1-year contract.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Improve business growth by designing and implementing strategies, developing tailored communications to build merchant trust, communication, and service needed to serve
  • Relationship building: engage, retain, and grow our most important merchants by listening to their needs and feedback, maintaining close communication
  • Ensure the delivery of end-to-end processes, from planning to execution
  • Drive growth and higher ROI
  • Use a data-driven approach to estimate ROI and KPI analysis for each partner to grow basket size and create loyal customers
  • Ensure consistency and quality: make sure partners maintain service and food quality standards, liaising with operations, customer service, and partners to resolve issues via email, phone, or in person
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and merchant acquisition teams to ensure the best experience for merchants

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in management, business, public administration, or engineering preferred
  • 4+ years experience in sales, business development, account management, or operations
  • Knowledge in business process management, risk identification, and successful initiative execution
  • Interest in external stakeholder engagement and off-ground activities
  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus
  • Passion for the on-demand delivery space, especially food delivery, with industry trend awareness
  • Comfortable using a laptop and various sales tools/applications
