Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency with strong grammar and pronunciation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field.
• Teaching certification such as TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, PGCE, or equivalent is an advantage.
• Experience teaching in international, bilingual, or English-medium school settings is preferred.
• Strong lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessment skills.
• Commitment to inclusive education, learner-centered learning, and culturally responsive teaching.
• Ability to work collaboratively and uphold professional ethics.

Job Description

The Language Teacher will be responsible for teaching English and Bahasa Indonesia to Primary and Secondary students, preparing lesson plans and learning materials, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and creating an engaging, supportive, and language-rich classroom environment. The teacher is also expected to collaborate with the academic team, support students’ language development, and contribute to school programs when needed.
