Lingua Learn Franchise Group is a virtual, online training school that offers over 20 languages to public and corporate clients. With over 35 franchise hubs in the UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia, we are now expanding and require an additional Consultant to cover the EMEA Region

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Franchise Business Consultant/Coordinator . The Franchise Business Consultant will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of franchise locations, providing management consulting and support to franchisees, and ensuring profitability through effective business planning and P&L management.

Qualifications

Business Planning and Operations Management skills

Experience or knowledge in Franchising would be an advantage

IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva)

Excellent Presentation skills

P&L Management experience

Management Consulting expertise

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and remotely
