A leading energy company is seeking a Land Acquisition Specialist based in Sukabumi, Jawa Barat. PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as Land Acquisition Specialist with the following details:
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Geography, Land Management, Agribusiness, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in land acquisition, preferably within the energy, mining, renewable energy or infrastructure sectors.
Strong understanding of Indonesian land laws, land certification processes, and land-related regulatory frameworks.
Proven ability to conduct land mapping, analysis, and validation processes specifically for renewable energy projects.
Proficient in using geospatial tools/software (e.g., GIS) and Microsoft Office Suite to support land analysis and reporting.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with local landowners, government agencies, and community leaders.
Demonstrated networking capability and familiarity with regional dynamics related to land ownership and community relations.
Fluent in Sundanese is required.
Willing to be based in Sukabumi Regency, West Java.
Job Descriptions:
Identify, assess, and secure land required for renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and project-specific requirements.
Conduct due diligence, land analysis, and risk assessment of potential project sites, including land ownership validation and suitability studies.
Liaise with local communities, landowners, government authorities, and legal entities to negotiate fair and transparent land acquisition agreements.
Prepare, review, and manage land-related documents including permits, contracts, and land-use approvals.
Collaborate with project development teams to ensure timely and cost-effective land acquisition aligned with the project timeline.
Utilize geospatial data and mapping software to create land layout plans, assess land value, and ensure accurate documentation.
Monitor and manage any land-related issues or disputes and ensure resolution in accordance with applicable regulations and corporate standards.
Support the company’s community engagement efforts, ensuring respectful and sustainable collaboration with local stakeholders.
Report regularly on land acquisition progress, challenges, and risk mitigation measures to internal leadership.
Ensure all land acquisition activities comply with local laws, corporate policies, and ESG standards related to environmental and social impact.
