Land Acquisition and Permit Transaction Supervisor

1. Handle land acquisition processes, including negotiations, document completion, measurement, and all related documentation.

2. Manage land transaction processes and prepare all necessary documents and technical aspects for AJB with customers and/or tenants.

3. Oversee land certification processes, including splitting, merging, extension, etc., following all procedures from registration, SPS, measurement, until the certificate is issued.

4. Responsible for all matters related to land certificates and coordination with external parties such as local government, BPN, Bapenda, etc.

5. Manage detailed mapping and land documentation for the company's land ownership database.

6. Support other departments with land data as needed.

7. Resolve land-related issues efficiently.

8. Prepare all PBB data for payments and customer needs.
