Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Laboratory Sales Executive, located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Laboratory Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying potential clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, providing product demonstrations, and offering after-sales support. The role also involves presenting and promoting products as well as negotiating contracts and closing sales.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management
Knowledge of laboratory equipment, consumable products, and chemicals
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Biology, or Business
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Previous experience in the laboratory industry is a plus
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred
