A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in the industrial printing sector. The role involves developing customer relationships, driving growth, and providing training programs while ensuring in-depth knowledge of a comprehensive product portfolio. Candidates must possess a strong industry network, excellent communication skills, and relevant experience in sales management.
Responsibilities:
•Drive revenue growth and profitability in alignment with assigned sales targets.
•Act as the primary liaison for all customer needs and inquiries.
•Responsibilities include developing new business accounts, expanding existing customer relationships, managing project activities, conducting client meetings, and leveraging networks to uncover new sales opportunities.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s full portfolio of products, services, and solutions, becoming a subject matter expert in the field.
•Excel in KPI-driven environments by efficiently handling tasks and independently formulating strategies to achieve sales goals.
•Lead sales training initiatives and support continuous learning beyond initial onboarding.
•Take on additional responsibilities as required.
•Organize and conduct workshops to enhance collaboration between digital and offset printing segments.
•Develop and deliver comprehensive sales and product training programs to support sales team development.
•Provide on-site customer training as needed.
Requirements:
•Minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct sales within industrial printing sectors, including label, packaging, and large-scale commercial printing, supported by a strong network of industry contacts.
•Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Currently serving in a managerial role, demonstrating strong client relationship management and industry experience.
•Well-connected within the Indonesian market, with an extensive personal contact database for business development.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Printing Technology, or Graphic Arts, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
•Solid understanding of printing workflows (label, packaging, and commercial), along with familiarity in design software, color management, sheet layout, RIP systems, and output processes.
•Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
•Background in training and skill development within related industries.
•Self-driven, resourceful, and able to operateindependently.
