Job summary

PT Angkasa Indo Jaya is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor for its quality department in e-cigarette/electronics manufacturing. You will oversee daily lab operations and product reliability testing, ensuring accurate results and compliant procedures.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in chemistry or electronics, at least five years of lab management experience, and hands-on familiarity with reliability testing equipment and ISO/IEC 17025 systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in chemistry or electronics.
• At least 5 years of laboratory management experience.
• Familiar with e-cigarette reliability testing equipment and ISO/IEC 17025 systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily laboratory operations and manage product reliability testing activities.
• Operate, maintain, and ensure proper functioning of testing equipment, including temperature/humidity chambers, vibration tables, and automated smoking machines.
• Ensure laboratory testing procedures comply with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and applicable quality standards.
• Review test results, analyze abnormalities, and prepare accurate laboratory reports.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable test results.
• Lead laboratory staff and communicate testing requirements and technical findings effectively in Mandarin.
